Policies and Conditions

Check In: By appointment. We can accomodate for any check In after 11:00am.
Check Out: By 11:00 AM. Simply leave your key at the front desk when you check out!

Minimum Stays: We have a two night minimum stay on many holidays and weekends. If the online system allows you to book one night, then it must not apply to that date. Rates may increase during peak periods. When booking your reservation online, the page will list prices.

Policies: No smoking, no pets, no children under 8 years old. You must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. We are located on the second floor of a historic building built in 1850 and are not handicap accessible. We are happy to help with carrying luggage and can provide storage for bicycles upon arrangement. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the building.

Occupancy: Our rates are based on double occupancy. Any room lodging more than 2 persons will have $20 added to the nightly rate.

Damages: You are responsible for any and all damages that may occur during your stay.

Parking: DO NOT Park on Water Street Monday 11pm-Tuesday 6am
Each room has their own private parking space included during their stay.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a reservation, call or email at least 14 days before check-in to avoid financial responsibility for this room. If you cancel within the 14 day period we will do our best to re-rent your room. If we are able to re-rent the room you are free from your responsibility to pay.

Taxes: All rates are subject to 11% city and state taxes. Gratuities for housekeepers are left to each guest’s discretion. Forms of payment accepted are cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Payment: Room and tax will be processed using the card on file. If split payment is needed, there will be a $5 charge per additional card used and will need to be arranged prior to check-in.
Children are not allowed. Pets are not allowed.
